With this letter we are pleased to inform you about the integration of the Radio Holland USA and Seacoast organizations. As you may know, Seacoast became part of the Radio Holland USA organization in 2007. Since then, the cooperation between both companies has become intensive, synergies have been identified and applied, and now the time has come to fully team up and become one organization.
This will mean that as per 1st January 2009, Seacoast Electronics has begun trading as Radio Holland USA from Jacksonville and Tampa. The Seacoast name will cease to exist, however existing contracts, PO’s and commitments remain in place. All obligations of the company will be fully met, as may be expected.
Mr. Art Thomas Sr. (President of Seacoast Electronics) will join the RH USA Management Team as Vice President Business Development and Mr. Adam Cole will assume the role of Regional Manager - Radio Holland Jacksonville. In this position he will also oversee the service depot in Tampa, Florida.
By combining the specific expertise and knowledge of the two companies we are convinced that we can offer our customers a strong and extensive portfolio of systems and services. Seacoast's excellent expertise in vessel newbuilding is a good combination with RH' extensive knowhow of the oil & gas market as well as Radio Holland Group’s worldwide service network. Thanks to our Global Service System® – a unique database for service coordination and reporting, efficient and effective service execution can be arranged on a global basis. By combining our teams, complete knowhow on maritime applied electronics will be available to our customers.
Radio Holland Group is a member of Imtech Marine Group. The Imtech Marine Group offers the global marine industry a wide range of technical solutions. Through this combination of resources Radio Holland USA is in a position to provide the extensive Imtech product portfolio as a true single source integrator. The portfolio includes (diesel electrical) propulsion, power generation and -distribution, platform automation, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), dynamic positioning, electrical installations, and integrated electronic nav/com systems.
Radio Holland continues to expand its worldwide service network along all strategic shipping routes. Recently, a new Radio Holland service location has been established in the southern part of the United Kingdom, providing service to the Trans-Atlantic trade.
